A whole bunch. We offer project management, project rescue, product implementation services, training design, business process modelling, process improvement services, training delivery, interim IT and development management, team coaching/mentoring and software product/service design consulting.
We are only happy to offer services in areas where we genuinely feel we can add value so please call to discuss your project.
What sort of project management are you offering..?
The contemporary kind where no-one works in the same office, many of your resources don't actually work for you and typically the "team" members aren't really on a team they are "service providers" to lots of different projects. Conflicted priorities?
Being on a project is not quite as much fun as it used to be and the tools for effective distributed project management are rarely what they teach you in PM school.
What is Project Rescue..?
Project rescue is what happens when our clients stop playing Project Chicken (you may know the game: everyone keeps claiming that they are on target hoping to God that someone else chickens out first and admits they are running late or that they have a problem. Once someone else actually tells the truth you can breathe a sigh of relief, pretend your group wasn't just as late and make the most of the reprieve that someone else just bought you. They typically get punished for telling the truth and so the cycle continues.

Didn't you used to be Daptiv in the UK..?
Sort of. We were the most active Daptiv reseller, trainer and partner in UK/Europe for over 8 years but times change and people come-and-go (especially at Daptiv). We don't resell Daptiv at the moment although we think its a great solution and we'd be happy to help you find a good partner or give you some training or consulting if you'd prefer. We know quite a lot about project management systems, collaboration and making the project process work.
Who knows maybe we'll start offering Daptiv again one day.
Do you still sell any other Collaboration tools ..?
We are happy to recommend collaboration tools ranging from powerful enterprise grade systems down to very easy "instant deployment" systems suitable for smaller organisations and teams.
Implementing these system typically takes thought, planning, training and engagement from management and users. This is where we add value and earn a living rather than re-selling a product.
We are always looking for really cool new systems and were amongst the first resellers of Daptiv, Netsuite and other in Europe. We are happy to discuss UK/European reselling with providers.
